Ambex YM-10

The AMBEX YM-10 utilizes impinged jet atmospheric gas burners for a cleaner, more precise roasting environment. Independent roasting and cooling allow for continuous, consistent performance, reducing overall operation time. Easy to program digital controllers with scientifically placed bean probes make for a more precise roasting platform, allowing for accurate roasting from 10 to 100 percent batch capacity. Preset audio alarms help operators keep labor costs down in a busy production environment.

This is a lightly used roaster. Black color. This shop purchased it in 2022 and only roasted occasionally before transitioning out of that business. They operate a shop now.
