Revered by coffee connoisseur Willem Boot, Giesen roasters are all about a unique appearance using the highest quality materials that yield carefree, full-control roasting. And so well-known for their full cast-iron face that results in a solid, consistent roast.
The story on this one: The original owner custom-ordered from Giesen to expand a unique coffee line that required small-batch roasting. A change of plans resulted in the roaster never being placed into service at the roasting facility. The owner later installed at residence to utilize for samples. The machine was decommissioned in 2022 and is currently sitting in a storage unit on original pallet, ready for for crating and freight. The last roast was March 2022.
This roaster has only seen about 50 hours of coffee—it's in like-new condition! It has complete digital control, drum and airflow controls, and power regulation. It comes with a separate PLC control panel with touch-screen controls and Giesen's roast profiling system.
Fueled by natural gas. Powered by 220v // single phase.
