Huky 500T

For sale is my Huky 500T. This is an awesome machine that operates like a shop roaster and is in like-new condition. I purchased this unit direct from the manufacturer in October 2017. I used it sparingly over the past two years. It has about 15 roasts on it and has spent most of it's life in storage. It is an exceptional roaster and produces delicious coffee, but unfortunately I had an unexpected move shortly after purchase and don't have the space for it or the ability to use gas. The roaster is in almost perfect condition with the exception of a few smudges on the metal surface and some nicks on the IR stove top. I just completed a full breakdown and inspection of all components and greased all the bearings. My 500T setup is such that you do not have to rearrange any components during the roast process (I have separate fans for ventilation and bean cooling). Just dump your beans in the top funnel, enjoy your roast and open the bottom door to eject into the cooling tray/fan when you are ready. Max capacity is 1 lb but I usually roast a little less. Everything you need to start roasting is included. I am also including the tool kit provided with original purchase and the Phidget I purchased separately to interface with Artisan.
