Thanks to their flat grinding burrs and stepless, micrometric grinding adjustment you can expect precision and accuracy from your carefully selected beans. Furthermore, this particular grinder, the electronic version, allows you to program a dose for each of the two buttons (short or long shot) and allows the grinder to place the perfectly ground coffee directly into the portafilter. This allows for freshness, ensuring that coffee does not remain in the doser for extended periods of time as well as consistency as the grinder does the perfect amount of coffee in the basket every time.
