Under the hood, you'll find 85 mm flat steel burrs, coated in titanium nitride for durability and a longer, sharper life. The 800 W motor is now also RPM-adjustable in some models, meaning you can better tune your grind performance to your needs - for production speed or for flavor. Clima Pro 2.0 technology now also allows the user to set their desired grinding temperature, with an improved heating and cooling system to better hold the target temp. A new touchscreen display makes for quick programming of the 6 stored coffee profiles, each with 3 settings for doses.

The Mythos 2 Pure features Clima Pro 2.0 technology and timed dosing with 0.01 s precision. Fine-tune your grind with micrometric grind size adjustment, and enjoy a fluffy, centered mound of grinds thanks to the improved clump crusher and delivery spout.

The Mythos 2 Premium also adds variable RPM grinding. Each coffee profile can be set between 700-1200 RPM, so you can dial in a grind speed which tastes best to you, or focus on a speed that makes the most sense for your desired speed of production.
