you're after the best in home espresso in a compact footprint, the Bezzera BZ07 is for you.

Made by the company that invented espresso machines, the BZ07 is a truly commercial grade machine in a kitchen-friendly body.

What makes this machine great?

* Electrically heated group
-- One of the biggest issues baristas face when brewing espresso is ensuring consistent temperatures, but this group eliminates that problem entirely. It's heated to the same temp as the boiler, so you ALWAYS have a stable temp from boiler to bean.

* PID
-- The PID allows you to easily change the boiler temp of your machine at will. Not only does it provide additional thermal stability, it allows you to adjust the temp to suit the bean, something I personally used all the time.

* Tiny footprint
-- This machine is only 250mm wide, less than a foot. That's thinner than the current Sunbeam! At just 425mm deep and 375mm high, it can fit on any kitchen bench and under almost any shelving.

* Volumetric
-- As well as manual brewing, you can program the exact amount of water you'd like for single or double shots. Once set, a press of the button will deliver the exact amount of water required.

I've customised the machine with wooden steam and water toggles, they're a lovely unvarnished mango wood that feel great to use. I have the original toggles somewhere and will include them if I can find them.

There is a minor problem with the PID display - two LED segments on the PID seem to take a bit longer to warm up than the others. It doesn't affect operation in the slightest, but you should be aware of this.

Apart from that it's in great condition with the usual drip tray and cup tray scuffs.

If I get my asking price I'll throw in a used Breville Smart Grinder.

Pickup Caloundra, or I can bring to Brisbane's Northside if deposit is made.

Selling due to crazy upgraditis that means there's now an absolute monster on my kitchen bench. If you value your marriage, I recommend not taking that route.
