Single Group Appia Compact AV

I am a barista in Chattanooga, TN and recently ran across this Nuova Simonelli Appia Compact espresso machine. Nuova Simonelli makes some great espresso machines and the Appia Compact is no exception. This Appia Compact is a great little single group-head auto volumetric machine. This means it has one dispersion screen and portafilter. It is a commercial grade machine, but small enough to be used on the countertop at home. It would also be ideal for a low volume café or restaurant looking to add espresso service to the line-up. It comes with 2 portafilters and 2 baskets (1 for single shots and 1 for double shots).
I am asking $2,500 and I am pretty firm on the price. This machine normally retails for $3,800-$4,000. This one has only been slightly used. It is, for all intense purposes, like new. Not to mention, it has been cleaned and maintained by a seasoned barista with care. The steam wand does wonders with milk too.
