We've had this for about 18 months in our cafe but we are closing it to focus on wholesale for our main product that we sold in our cafe. Machines are in excellent condition. Super clean. Makes great pour over coffee the right way. People geek out on it and like to take pictures/video and post to social media so the machine pays for itself in free marekting alone. If you were to buy a new Poursteady and Boiler setup with a 'lesser Marco UC-4 it would cost you $15,000 alone and that doesn't include the shipping costs! Save some big money here. They work great and we have NEVER had a problem with them. You never see these machines go up for sale used, nor a full set up thats bascially plug in and use right out of the box.
