Has been professionally maintained by ESI certified technicians every 6 months. Incredible workhorse machine. Has one small unfortunate crack in the plastic along the side, does not affect usability at all. Turbo steam wand has four programmable button to steam/foam to whatever temps you would like. Has single, double, triple shot capability with two different hoppers up top. Self cleaning mode, we used this every single day that we've owned it.
