Buy with the utmost confidence as this Roaster was lovingly refurbished by not one, but two engineers. The electrical engineer refurbished all of the controls with new Honeywell controllers, new wiring, and new push buttons for the panel, as well as wired 3 new motors. The mechanical engineer refurbished all of the gas lines with copper, new large face thermometer, set up new main burner torch and installed 3 new motors. (Full Disclosure, a 4th new motor is ready to install for the cooling table, we just ran out of time and had to get out orders, so the machine is priced accordingly, and we will include the bran new motor for your tech to install)

This roaster runs and runs. After the pilot click, clicks, you will hear a woosh as the blue flame is thrown against the bottom of the all cast iron barrel. Yes, that is right, all cast iron. No flimsy inner and outer sheet metal here. This is the real deal.

The afterburner is included as well, although we never had to use it in Texas. There is a port for it on the panel, so have at it, but I never used it.

All in all, this unit was lovingly refurbished to better than original condition with US controls. The coffee output is amazingly even and delicious. Again, any roaster will love running this machine. Can you hear that crackle? Smell that beautifully roasted coffee?

You will need to get your own shipping arrangements. We used a brokerage service when we bought it. You will want to make sure they have a lift gate. This is a 500 pound roaster. It is on wheels, so this makes it easier.
