2106 Diedrich IR-2.5 for sale. Purchased brand new in early 2016 and have been the only owners. 4300 hours on it. Roasted everything from light to French roasts. It’s in great condition, only had to replace the power supply for the bean temp display. Comes with bean agitator, hour display meter, roasting lamp, roasting data logging package sensor and 4’ high temp food grade ducting.
