Fully operational Diedrich IR -25. Includes the cyclone, all connection ducts and clamps, and fully operational matching Afterburner and Afterburner exhaust. This unit has is palletized and ready to be shipped or picked up. Batch size for the IR-12 is approximately 12.0Kg/26.0 lbs of green coffee and can complete 4 roast batches an hour (104 lbs). In addition to full batch capacity, this roaster can also roast half batches.
The unit can connect to computer or tablet directly and integrates directly with cropster and artisan for precise roast profile.
Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
Collect and save data and presets for future batches.
