Joper 3 Kilo Roaster

This is a fantastic machine built in Portugal. Solid cast iron construction with a solid drum, and a face plate that is about 1" thick! Amazing heat retention and roast potential! Digital thermocouple and installed hardware for USB connection, allowing use of profiling software like Cropster. The machine has 3 independent motors for the drum, cooling tray, and cyclone. The roaster is equipped with a LowNox burner and is currently configured for propane, but natural gas valve conversion is included. I bought this machine brand new in 2014 from the factory in Porto, Portugal. I am upgrading to a much bigger machine and I need to let this one go.
