Factory reconditioned in Germany 2 years ago, the Guatemala model is Mahlkonig's most popular coffee-shop grinder. This one has ground less that 50 kgs of coffee. A typical feature of Mahlkonig is that its grinding discs can be resharpened repeatedly. Coffee bags are simply clamped into the vibrating backing plate/shaker device. The bean hopper holds 1kg of coffee beans at a time. Easy to handle and simple to clean. Mahlkonig have been producing hand-made electrical grinders and graters since 1924 and each and every creation reflects a perfect marriage of form and function.
