ACS Vostok

This is a gorgeous two-group spring lever machine by ACS, a small, artisanal manufacturer in Naples, Italy. It's nearly brand new – it's been used for about two months in a small cafe setting with high-quality filtered water. It's in perfect condition, and is a pleasure to use (it's being replaced in the shop by a slightly different model). This Vostok has some unique and innovative features! It uses the tried-and-true La San Marco grouphead. It features a double boiler (rare on a lever machine – most use some kind of heat exchange/thermosiphon system) and triple-PID: the temperature can be set separately for the steam boiler and brew boiler, and each grouphead is independently thermoregulated as well. Adjustable pre-infusion pressure can be set from 1–6 bar. Insulated boilers. The machine heats up from cold in under 15 minutes, so there's no need to leave it on all the time. A safety system is installed that slows the lever down and keeps it from flying back up if the portafilter isn't properly locked in. All handles and knobs are custom-outfitted in olive wood, and the entire body of the machine is powdercoated in a gorgeous brilliant blue. Includes all original accessories, including three portafilters (two two-spout and one bottomless), tamper, spare gaskets, and more. 220v/18A, 3400 watts. This fully-capable commercial machine is perfect if you're looking for a traditional manual lever experience, with some modern features and innovations.
