Offered for sale is a commercial grade fully manual coffee machine which is suitable for home use.

The operation & quality of shot is identical to that of a professional commercial machine.

After a considerable period of trial & error I have adjusted the boiler pressure solenoid & brew head relief valve to produce the finest possible extraction.

It has a removable stainless steel water tank of 3.5 litre capacity & it plugs into a standard 10 amp power outlet. It also has a removable drip tray that holds 1 litre. These features enable the machine to be self sufficient & operate anywhere that domestic power is available. It is quickly movable, & importantly, it does not require hard plumbing. Topping up the water level is done by simply lifting the rear lid & tipping in the water. I use a 3 litre glass jug.

It is a serious machine that makes almost everything else look & feel inadequate. The power is unbelievable. It weighs 30kg. The boiler holds 2.5 litres. It is a copper built full commercial design that is the largest 10amp domestic capable unit available. Steaming milk for 2 regular cups takes 5 - 10 seconds - most other prosumer machines take 40 - 60 seconds.

There is a very effective boiler water level & a boiler pressure guage mounted on the recessed panel in clear view & all operational controls are located on the upper & lower front panels. Everything is large, heavy duty & designed to last.

The machine is constructed on a steel chasis & the body is made of heavy guage steel panels & stainless steel panels. Serviceable parts & indeed any parts at all are readily available.

I purchased the machine brand new & I have the original box & packing materials. Included are the 2 factory provided portafilters (single & double spout), 2 baskets (single & double shot) & the original instruction & warranty manual (not a copy).

The condition is AS NEW. Please refer to the provided photographs for confirmation.

Being fully manual, & not volumetric, the shot can be accurately monitored & timed to correlate precisely to the coffee grind. It is currently tuned to a 15g basket producing a volume of approximately 30ml at a duration of between 25 & 30 seconds (depending on bean characteristics & humidity).

With a little practice & some patience, an inexperienced operator is capable of pulling a professional shot on this machine. I have been at it for a while & I regularly have friends report my shots as the best that they have had.

A conscientious service regimen of preventative maintenance has ensured a prevention of any mechanical deterioration. Major seals have been replaced with improved teflon components.

This machine would suit the discerning coffee connoisseur or professional barista who expects perfection at home.
