Franke Evolution Commercial Espresso Machine (Swiss-Made Workhorse): Used in a real coffee shop serving roughly 100 customers a day. This machine is made in Switzerland and is built like a tank. It pours fast, consistent espresso shots, perfect for lattes, mochas, americanos, and any specialty drink you can throw at it. I upgraded to two Franke S700s, which is the only reason I’m selling. The Evolution still has plenty of life left and is absolutely capable of handling far more volume than I ever put it through.
