This Quick Mill Alexia Evo is an italian made stainless steel machine that features PID, E61 Group Head, Pre-Infusion, and commercial 58mm portafilter that pulls amazing tasting and consistent shots for the home barista. I have had this machine for three months and love it, however, I am upgrading to a dual boiler machine as I make a lot of cappuccinos and would like the speedy convenience even though the Alexia does a great job. This machine has only had 30ppm reverse osmosis treated water ran through it which is well within recommended means (per user manual) for this gorgeous machine to remain running for years and years.
