A re-design of Dalla Corte’s ground breaking evolution series, the EVO2 features the same DTCs independent multi-boiler system, but with a new outer design and onboard digital control system. This machine houses a multi boiler system, with independent brew boilers and a large 13L steam boiler. These boilers paired with independent temperature control and volumetric settings ensure extremely accurate and consistent temperatures and shots. The Dalla Corte Evo 2 has also been paired with a high cup design, dual steam wands and an inbuilt LCD screen to assist with programming and everyday functions. This machine is perfect for those who want a compact coffee machine that is able to keep up with your busiest periods.
