Great machine, I've owned for 3 plus years, closing cafe and moving home to take care of ill parents, otherwise this baby would be going no where!
Well maintained, last year put in new steam boiler element
Also replaced relay and pressure stat 1.5 years ago
And upon new install will need new seals and the drain valves need replace (got stripped from last repair and leak a bit, but I never bothered to replace) I am factoring in this and dropping sale price by $500 which is more than ample (like 5x as parts are under $60)
Is still currently in operation and will need two days to cool, drain and flush upon sale as I leave it on full time
Can face time with you and show unit in operation
