Excellent! Rancilio Epoca E1

I have an espresso equipment refurbishing business. This espresso machine has been completely cleaned and checked, inside and out. This machine was used lightly in an office setting only and was well cared for. It is VERY clean and ready to use. All parts are in excellent condition and this unit should give excellent service, only needing occasional cleaning. I have installed a new (latest version) temperature sensor, the part that most often fails on these machines. It also has a new group gasket and screen, anti-siphon valve seal, and the steam and hot water wands have been disassembled, cleaned and seals replaced as needed.

These machines work well, are easy to maintain, and parts are readily available. It works plumbed in, or can pull water from a jug. 120 volt. Perfect for a cafe or a catering cart.

This is the top of the line Epoca. You can see from the ears on the portafilters that it has had very light use. It includes two portafilters with single and double baskets, a professional tamper, a milk steaming pot and a spare group head gasket. The retail price of this machine is $5375.

Boiler Safety Valve with Water Overflow Tray -- A Pressure Relief Valve Catch Tray has been added in the event the boiler over-pressurizes. This reduces the chance of excess moisture coming in contact with the electrical components.
Portafilter Update -- The new, sleek style of the Rancilio portafilters are designed with a slight downward angle for barista comfort.
