Appia 2 Group Volumetric

I have available four fully automatic Nuova Simonelli Appia 2 Group Volumetric professional espresso machines, each with only 2 years light restaurant usage. All have recently been fully serviced – that includes boiler rebuilds and comprehensive decalcs.

Listed new at over £3500 inc, these machines mix innovative design with unrivalled functionality. The milk frothing levers allow much greater control over old-style swivel knobs, and the automatic washing programme makes regular cleaning much easier. The soft infusion system (SIS) also gives a better crema, allowing the ground coffee to be infused more evenly.

All systems are fully programmable, with touch commands, giving baristas better control to create exceptional espresso every time. The group heads are high quality and the seals and bushes, internal plumbing and electrical systems are extremely durable and reliable. The Appia 2 comes with three filter-holders (single cup and double cup).

Depending on location, it might be possible to arrange installation, water purification and training, if required.
